Summer Shorts
I have a challenge ahead of me. A 30 day content creation challenge. Actually July is the month of challenges for me but that is another story. I am going to write and publish something every single day for the next 30 days. I haven’t decided yet whether to call this ‘Summer Shorts’ or ‘Shorts for the Summer’. One is snappier, the other is funnier (if you are British and wearing shorts when it is still cold “because it’s summer”.
I had planned to write a mini-series going into detail on all the basic components and principles I have in order to try and get stuff done. I was thinking maybe 4–6 posts. But, enter Summer Shorts/Shorts for the Summer. Instead, I am going to do 30 short posts covering a single thing in a few hundred words or so that can read in 3–5 minutes. I am going to start tomorrow.
Tomorrow, I am going to write about having some kind of a capture tool, digital or physical, to write stuff down, anywhere and everywhere. Then, on Friday I will focus on capturing indiscriminately (at least for now), then I will turn to the kinds of things we may capture. And then — who knows.
It’s going to be a lot of fund for me and hopefully helpful for you. Honestly, if it’s helpful for you, that’s great, but I am mainly doing this because I enjoy writing.
